ROME — The Project Fibonacci Foundation, Inc. has teamed with local non-profits for a night of fun, raffles, music, an auction, food and more at Copper City Brewing Company, 1111 Oneida St., starting at 5 p.m. Monday, Sept. 19.

The fundraising event is primarily in support of the Project Fibonacci Foundation’s mission on behalf of S.T.E.A.M. The event will feature the highly anticipated launch of CCBC’s newest brew — Fibonacci 1.618.

Additionally, several other activities will take place aimed at supporting the foundation’s partners associated with the Mohawk Valley Gives initiative. The newly added auction will feature local prizes including a private dinner party for up to 12 people prepared by locally-renowned chef and owner of the Vine & Fig, Carly Reynolds, and a private tour of the Stanley Theatre including a high tea party on the stage catered by O’Connor’s for up to 10 people. Additional auction items will be announced soon.

There will be music provided by the Rome-based trio, Encore. Food will be provided in-kind by Crust Bar and Kitchen. Michael’s Hospitality of Waterville will have chefs from their catering team on-site serving up appetizers and desserts. Gypsy Girl Pizza will also be available for purchase. The event sponsor, GPO Federal Credit Union, will be at the event with some swag items, as well as representatives from The Community Foundation of Herkimer and Oneida Counties to share information on Mohawk Valley Gives and the highly anticipated ‘Giving Day’ to proceed the following day, Sept. 20.

Tickets to the event are $20 and include a limited-edition Fibonacci 1.618 pint glass, a free sample of the new brew, two tickets to start for the benefit raffle featuring prizes from local businesses, food provided by Crust Kitchen & Bar and Michael’s Hospitality, and much more.
